Conditions for refunds
If you receive damaged or incorrect products, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. To request a refund or replacement, you must contact customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.
If you change your mind or are unhappy with your purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact customer service to arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
Refund process
- • When returning goods, please use a reputable delivery service to ensure your order arrives safely back with us.
- • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- • To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- • Once we receive your order, we will either issue an exchange or a refund.
- • No more than one tablet must have been taken.
- • We will use our discretion to determine whether to issue a full or partial refund.
- • Please note that we cannot issue a refund if you submit incorrect details regarding personal information such as physical address.
- • Please contact us within 24 hours if you realize that you have made a mistake when submitting your personal information.
Late or missing refunds
If your refund is late or missing, first check your bank account again to confirm. If you still have not received it, contact our customer care department via our contact us page. Keep in mind, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or received.
